The first step is for you to get in touch with me so I can answer any initial questions you may have, via email text, WhatsApp or phone. Whether you want to ask about how I work, what I charge, how I run my therapy sessions and business, or anything else, please feel free to ask. If you're still interested, then we can then schedule an initial consultation session, over the phone, via video call or in person, at Caya Therapy in Peckham on Wednesday afternoons and evenings.

I don't charge for initial consultations, so if you feel you might be ready to start therapy, but you're not sure whether I'm the right therapist for you, then you can explore that for free first session for up to 50 minutes. This gives us a chance to talk about your needs, me a chance to offer some reflections on how I might be able to help (or indeed, whether I would recommend you see a different kind of therapist or have a different kind of therapy) - and of course, it's another opportunity for you to ask questions too.

 
There is no obligation to have therapy with me as a result of our consultation, and I won't expect you to make a decision at the end of the session either. If talking to me helps you decide on your next ste
p then I'm happy to help - whether that means starting therapy with me, or looking elsewhere. It's important to find the right therapist for you, and no one therapist is right for everyone, so it's about being able to make an informed choice.
